Meditation for Inner Peace 4-week Certified Short Course starts Wednesday September 9th Cork City

Your Reduce stress and improve your health & happiness with our certified  Meditation for Inner Peace 4-week Short Course, designed for people with busy lives to find their inner peace, reduce stress, improve quality of life and many benefits for mind and body.

Large teaching space – we will have both rooms with the room dividing doors open and a maximum of just 5 people in each class to make you feel safe.

Each class will include a live Gong bath meditation.

Please bring your own yoga mat, sleeping bag, cushion and water bottle.


Starts Wednesday September 9th x 4 weeks.
Choose from 2 timeslots:
5:30pm for 5:45pm start to 6:30pm or
6:30pm for 6:45pm start to 7:30pm
